Blog Stats 2011

I had a lovely email from WordPress the other day which told me all kinds of interesting fact and figures about the blog over the past year. And I thought I’d share some, mostly just so I can look back and go ‘Oh people really do read all this rambling I write’ to cheer me up when I’ve got Blogger’s block and because well you just might be the nosey type! So here we go..

The concert hall at the Syndey Opera House holds 2,700 people. This blog was viewed about 17,000 times in 2011. If it were a concert at Sydney Opera House, it would take about 6 sold-out performances for that many people to see it.

In 2011, there were 134 new posts, growing the total archive of this blog to 175 posts. There were 858 pictures uploaded, taking up a total of 3gb. That’s about 2 pictures per day.

The busiest day of the year saw 293 views and the most visitors came from The United Kingdom, with the United States & Australia were not far behind.

There were lots of other interesting bits and bobs but I’ll keep this post short – for once! So anyway thanks to everyone for reading my reviews and commenting on my general posts about life, fluff and endless pictures of Chloe. I hope you’ll all still pop back and find something useful, interesting or just amusing from time to time and maybe even leave a comment on two – it’s lovely to read them. And it’s a little late but I hope you all have a lovely 2012!

Michelle xx
